The staff meeting of Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia (YSI) was held as a forum to strengthen a shared understanding of achievements, consolidate alignment on work direction, and formulate the foundation for the 2026 work plan. The meeting took place on 12–14 January 2026 in Yogyakarta and involved all YSI staff members.

The meeting opened with an introduction emphasizing that “contribution does not always take the form of material support. Contribution is a process of dialogue to assess how far our achievements have contributed to collective change.” The discussion then continued with a critical review of second semester achievements. Staff examined work results, collaboration processes, and the alignment of programs with YSI’s mandate. This process helped build a shared perspective on what has been achieved and what needs to be improved collectively.

Each commission and bureau subsequently reviewed their work plans, adjusted indicators, identified risks, and consolidated resources. The discussion highlighted the importance of coordination across commissions and bureaus, as well as effective teamwork.

The staff meeting concluded with a reflection session that reaffirmed the importance of open communication, shared agreements, and collaboration as the foundation of collective work, ensuring that the organization’s direction remains aligned, relevant, and impactful for communities.
