On Tuesday, 13 January 2026, Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia officially carried out the rotation of its governing bodies. This transition forms part of the Foundation’s five-year organizational cycle. The Chair of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Priyatmo Eliada, together with a Member of the Board of Trustees, Ms. Louisa Endang Budiarti, formally dismissed the Management Board and Supervisory Board for the 2021–2025 term and appointed the new Management Board and Supervisory Board for the 2026–2030 term with the following structure:

YSI Management Board:

The handover of duties was marked by the reading and signing of the official handover minutes and the submission of an institutional handover report to the new structure. This report outlines key organizational achievements, strategic challenges, and initial references for the new management in leading Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia. This process affirms the Foundation’s responsibility to safeguard its mandate, values, and strategic direction, while strengthening the institution to respond to future challenges faced by civil society organizations.
