Reader Opinion Column of YSI
This column provides a space for the public to share ideas, experiences, and reflections related to climate change, health, humanitarian issues, and the strengthening of civil society.
General Requirements :
- Climate change and climate justice
- Food and water security
- Primary healthcare
- Disaster risk reduction
- Strengthening civil society organizations
- Good practices at the community level
- Article length: 300–700 words.
- Use clear and accessible Indonesian language. Avoid technical terms without explanation.
- Data and references: If using data, sources must be clearly cited.
Submission Process
- Submit the article in Word or Google Docs format.
- Use the subject line: YSI Opinion_Name_Title.
- Send to : [YSI editorial email].
- Attach the author’s identity information.
Editorial Process
- The editorial team will review and edit submissions.
- Editing will not alter the main substance of the article.
- Selected articles will be published on the YSI website.
- Authors will be contacted if their article is published.
Additional Notes
- YSI reserves the right to reject articles that do not meet the requirements.
- The content of the article remains the responsibility of the author.
- Articles may be used for YSI publication purposes while still crediting the author.
