Deta Hapsari
Deta Hapsari is a Technical Advisor for Knowledge Management at Yayasan SHEEP Indonesia. She holds a degree in Communication Science with a concentration in Advertising from Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University. Before joining YSI, she worked in marketing at a multinational company, which shaped her systematic approach to managing information and communication.
Secretariat Bureau Coordinator
Since 2018, Deta has been responsible for managing program data and information. She played a key role in managing data for the Sustainable Self-Reliant Local Food System Project in Kupang, Sabu Raijua, and Mentawai from 2021 to 2024. She ensures that program data is well-documented, accessible, and supports organizational learning.
Currently, Deta leads the development of the Digital Knowledge Management Platform at YSI. She coordinates systems that collect, store, and distribute learning from various projects. Her focus is to ensure that organizational knowledge can be reused to strengthen programs and support decision-making.
